At Morning of Earth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

If the product is opened or used, it cannot be returned unless it is damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via the contact form on our website. Please provide the following details:

    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item(s) if damaged or defective (optional)
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and further instructions on how to return your item(s).

  3. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue. We may offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the circumstances. Please provide photographic evidence of any damage or defects when contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns. These include:

  • Opened food or beverage products (e.g., matcha)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Late Returns

We will not accept returns beyond 30 days from the delivery date. Returns that fall outside of the eligible return period will be refused or returned to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Non-defective Returns: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item was defective or damaged upon receipt, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

In certain cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged for returned items that are opened, used, or not in original condition. This will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
