Refund Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Refund Authorization and further instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return Shipping: Once your refund request is approved, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item(s) as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing returns.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:
Refund for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We may offer a full refund, a replacement, or an exchange, depending on the issue. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when reaching out to us.

We do not accept refunds for items returned beyond 30 days from the delivery date. Returns that fall outside of the eligible return period will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
