Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The product(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
  • If the product is opened or used, a refund may not be issued unless it is damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team through the contact form on our website, including:

    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for the return
    • Photos of the item(s) if they are damaged or defective (optional).
  2. Refund Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Refund Authorization and further instructions on how to return the item(s).

  3. Return Shipping: Once your refund request is approved, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item(s) as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • In some cases, we may issue partial refunds if the returned item is damaged, opened, or not in its original condition.

Refund for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We may offer a full refund, a replacement, or an exchange, depending on the issue. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when reaching out to us.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Opened food or beverage products (e.g., matcha)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Late Returns

We do not accept refunds for items returned beyond 30 days from the delivery date. Returns that fall outside of the eligible return period will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Non-Defective Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: Morning of Earth will cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Restocking Fee

In some cases, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items that are opened, used, or not in original condition. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process to request a refund.
