How to Prepare Matcha:
- Sift 1 teaspoon (2g) of matcha into your whisking bowl.
- Add 50ml of hot water (80°C/176°F).
- Use the bamboo whisk to create a W or M motion until frothy.
- Enjoy as is or add your favourite milk and sweetener.
Storage: Keep matcha sealed in a cool, dry place, away from moisture, sunlight, and strong outdoors.
