How to Matcha
Preparing matcha is simple, but it’s also an invitation to slow down. Take a breath, set an intention, and enjoy the ritual.

 

Classic Hot Matcha
A warm, frothy cup of matcha—pure and grounding.

  1. Sift 1 tsp (2g) of matcha into a matcha bowl.
  2. Add 50ml of hot water (not boiling, max 80°C).
  3. Whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy.
  4. Sip as is or top up with your preferred milk and sweetener for a matcha latte.
    Iced Matcha

 

Refreshing, smooth, and effortlessly cool.

  1. Add 1 tsp (2g) of matcha to a glass.
  2. Pour in 50ml of cold water or milk, then whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy.
  3. Add ice and sweeten if desired.
